5 Strategies for Managing a Remote Sales Team

With so much of the workforce on a remote or hybrid model, today’s managers have a unique set of challenges – like figuring out how to ensure accountability, build a strong team environment and maintain communication.

As the leader of a team of 150 remote workers, I’ve faced many of these challenges myself. I recently shared five strategies I’ve implemented to overcome them in an article for Sales & Marketing Management. They are:
