Collier has more than 20 years of global operations experience, including global supply chain management, supply integration, demand planning, procurement and inventory management at multi-billion-dollar, global companies. He comes to Infinite Electronics from PoolCorp, a $5 billion distributor of swimming pool supplies, equipment, and outdoor products, where he was vice president of operations and supply chain. Prior to that, he served as global vice president of supply chain, global operations and services at Arrow Electronics, a $35 billion international distributor of electronic components. While there, he was responsible for the 50 warehouses, 125 proximity locations, and 3,500 employees, plus he delivered best service performance on record and a 6% year-over-year cost reduction. Collier has also held positions at MSC Industrial Supply, Advance Auto Parts (then Carquest), Capgemini, ScottMadden and McMaster-Carr Supply Company. Collier is a guest lecturer at Denver University’s Daniels College of Business graduate-level supply chain courses. Additionally, he is a member of Colorado State University’s Supply Chain Advisory Board. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Bringham Young University and his master’s from Emory University.
With more than 20 years of human resources experience, Arrieta joins Infinite Electronics from Discovery Land Company, a leading developer and operator of luxury private residential communities, clubs, and resorts, where he served as chief people officer and senior vice president of people. Prior to that, he served as chief people officer and senior vice president of human resources at United Pacific, one of the largest owners and operators of retail fuel and convenience stores in the U.S. Arrieta has also held executive HR positions at S&P Global and Disney Consumer Products, where he led human resource initiatives for the companies’ global operations in the U.S., China, Europe and Asia Pacific. As vice president of human resources at Disney, Arrieta was a key leader in the acquisition and integration of $700 million worth of Disney retail business. His areas of expertise include talent acquisition and management, culture and engagement, learning and development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning. He earned his bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach and his juris doctor from Southwestern Law school.
