EXPORT CONTROLS
US Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
Infinite Electronics strictly adheres to the EAR and has set up a robust export compliance program which applies to all brands, sites and personnel, including our overseas locations. Product Managers and Compliance Specialists ensure that all of our products are accurately classified with the appropriate export control classification numbers. Our systems and trained personnel ensure that all sales are thoroughly screened to prevent unauthorized shipments to restricted parties. The vast majority of our products are classified as EAR99, but a few dual-use items can be found within our catalog and receive additional country screening based on the reasons for control associated with the final destination. If an export license is required to complete a sale, Infinite Electronics will work with customers to obtain the necessary information and submit the application to the Bureau of Industry and Security.
